Välkommen till Inhers.! Termerna ”vi”, ”oss” och ”vår” avser Inhers.. Inhers. driver denna butik och webbplats, inklusive all relaterad information, allt innehåll, alla funktioner, verktyg, produkter och tjänster för att ge dig som kund en anpassad shoppingupplevelse (”Tjänsterna”). Inhers. drivs av Shopify, vilket gör det möjligt för oss att tillhandahålla Tjänsterna till dig.

Nedanstående regler och villkor, tillsammans med alla policyer som hänvisas till häri (dessa ”Användarvillkor” eller ”Villkor”), beskriver dina rättigheter och skyldigheter när du använder Tjänsterna.

AVSNITT 1 – ÅTKOMST OCH KONTO
Genom att godkänna dessa Användarvillkor intygar du att du har uppnått myndighetsåldern i den stat eller provins där du är bosatt, och att du har gett oss ditt samtycke till att dina minderåriga anhöriga får använda Tjänsterna på enheter som du äger, köper eller förvaltar.
För att kunna använda Tjänsterna, inklusive åtkomst till eller surfning i våra webbshoppar eller köp av någon av de produkter eller tjänster vi erbjuder, kan du bli ombedd att uppge viss information, såsom din e-postadress, fakturerings-, betalnings- och leveransinformation. Du intygar och garanterar att all information du lämnar i våra butiker är korrekt, aktuell och fullständig, och att du har alla nödvändiga rättigheter för att lämna denna information.
Du är ensam ansvarig för att upprätthålla säkerheten för dina kontouppgifter och för all aktivitet på ditt konto. Du får inte överföra, sälja, överlåta eller licensiera ditt konto till någon annan person.

AVSNITT 2 – VÅRA PRODUKTER
Vi har gjort vårt yttersta för att ge en korrekt bild av våra produkter och tjänster i våra webbshoppar. Observera dock att färger eller produktutseende kan skilja sig från hur de visas på din skärm beroende på vilken typ av enhet du använder för att komma åt butiken och på dina enhetsinställningar och konfiguration.
Vi garanterar inte att utseendet eller kvaliteten på de produkter eller tjänster du köper kommer att uppfylla dina förväntningar eller vara identiska med dem som visas eller beskrivs i våra webbshoppar.
Alla produktbeskrivningar kan ändras när som helst utan föregående meddelande efter vårt eget gottfinnande. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att när som helst sluta sälja en produkt och kan begränsa mängden av en produkt som vi erbjuder till en person, geografisk region eller jurisdiktion, från fall till fall.

AVSNITT 3 – BESTÄLLNINGAR
När du lägger en beställning gör du ett köperbjudande. Inhers. förbehåller sig rätten att acceptera eller avvisa din beställning av vilken anledning som helst efter eget gottfinnande. Din beställning är inte accepterad förrän Inhers. har bekräftat att vi har mottagit den. Vi måste ha mottagit och behandlat din betalning innan din beställning accepteras. Kontrollera din beställning noggrant innan du skickar den, eftersom Inhers. eventuellt inte kan tillgodose avbeställningsförfrågningar efter att en beställning har accepterats. Om vi inte accepterar, ändrar eller annullerar en beställning kommer vi att försöka meddela dig via den e-postadress, faktureringsadress och/eller det telefonnummer som angavs när beställningen gjordes.
Dina köp kan enbart returneras eller bytas i enlighet med vår Återbetalningspolicy.
Du intygar och garanterar att dina inköp är avsedda för personligt bruk eller hushållsbruk och inte för kommersiell återförsäljning eller export.

AVSNITT 4 – PRISER OCH FAKTURERING
Priser, rabatter och kampanjer kan ändras utan föregående meddelande. Priset för en produkt eller tjänst är det pris som gäller vid beställningstillfället och anges i din orderbekräftelse via e-post. Om inte annat uttryckligen anges inkluderar angivna priser inte skatter, frakt, hantering, tull eller importavgifter.
Priserna i våra webbshoppar kan skilja sig från priserna i fysiska butiker, webbshopar eller andra butiker som drivs av tredje part. Vi kan från tid till annan erbjuda kampanjer på Tjänsterna som kan påverka prissättningen och som regleras av regler och villkor som skiljer sig från dessa Villkor. Om det finns en konflikt mellan villkoren för en kampanj och dessa Villkor, gäller kampanjvillkoren.
Du samtycker till att tillhandahålla aktuell, fullständig och korrekt information om köp, betalning och konto för alla köp som görs i våra butiker. Du samtycker till att omedelbart uppdatera ditt konto och annan information, inklusive din e-postadress, kreditkortsnummer och utgångsdatum, så att vi kan slutföra dina transaktioner och kontakta dig vid behov.
Du försäkrar och garanterar att (i) de kreditkortsuppgifter du lämnar är sanna, korrekta och fullständiga, (ii) du är behörig att använda kreditkortet för köpet, (iii) de kostnader som uppstår för din räkning kommer att betalas av ditt kreditkortsföretag, och (iv) du kommer att betala de kostnader som uppstår för din räkning till de angivna priserna, inklusive frakt- och hanteringskostnader och alla tillämpliga skatter, om sådana finns.

AVSNITT 5 – FRAKT OCH LEVERANS
Vi ansvarar inte för förseningar i frakt och leverans. Alla leveranstider är endast uppskattningar och kan inte garanteras. Vi ansvarar inte för förseningar som orsakas av budföretag, tullhantering eller händelser utanför vår kontroll. När vi överlämnar produkterna till budet övergår äganderätten och risken för förlust till dig.

AVSNITT 6 – IMMATERIELL EGENDOM
Våra Tjänster, inklusive men inte begränsat till alla varumärken, text, displayer, bilder, grafik, produktrecensioner, video och ljud, samt design, urval och arrangemang därav, ägs av Inhers., dess dotterbolag eller licensgivare och skyddas av amerikanska och utländska patent, upphovsrätt och andra lagar om immaterialrätt.
Dessa Villkor tillåter dig att använda Tjänsterna endast för personligt, icke-kommersiellt bruk. Du får inte reproducera, distribuera, modifiera, skapa derivatverk av, offentligt visa, offentligt framföra, återpublicera, ladda ner, lagra eller överföra något av materialet på Tjänsterna utan vårt föregående skriftliga medgivande. Om inget annat uttryckligen anges här, ger ingenting i dessa Villkor, och ska ej heller tolkas som att det ger dig, någon licens eller andra rättigheter enligt något patent, varumärke, upphovsrätt eller annan immateriell egendom som tillhör Inhers. Shopify eller någon tredje part. Obehörig användning av Tjänsterna kan utgöra ett brott mot federala och delstatliga lagar om immateriell egendom. Alla rättigheter som inte uttryckligen beviljas här förbehålls av Inhers..
Inhers.s amn, logotyper, produkt- och tjänstenamn, design och slogans är varumärken som tillhör Inhers. eller dess dotterbolag eller licensgivare. Du får inte använda sådana varumärken utan föregående skriftligt tillstånd från Inhers.. Shopifys namn, logotyp, produkt- och tjänstenamn, design och slogans är varumärken som tillhör Shopify. Alla andra namn, logotyper, produkt- och tjänstenamn, design och slogans på Tjänsterna är varumärken som tillhör respektive ägare.

AVSNITT 7 – VALFRIA VERKTYG
Du kan få tillgång till kundverktyg som erbjuds av tredje part som en del av Tjänsterna, vilka vi varken övervakar, har kontroll eller inflytande över.
Du bekräftar och samtycker till att vi tillhandahåller tillgång till sådana verktyg ”i befintligt skick” och ”i mån av tillgång” utan några garantier, utfästelser eller villkor av något slag och utan någon form av godkännande. Vi har inget ansvar som helst för din användning av valfria verktyg från tredje part.
All användning av de valfria verktyg som erbjuds via webbplatsen sker helt på egen risk och efter eget gottfinnande, och du bör se till att du är bekant med och godkänner de villkor på vilka verktygen tillhandahålls av den eller de relevanta tredjepartsleverantörerna.
Vi kan också i framtiden komma att erbjuda nya funktioner genom Tjänsterna (inklusive lansering av nya verktyg och resurser). Sådana nya funktioner ska också anses utgöra en del av Tjänsterna och omfattas av dessa Användarvillkor.

AVSNITT 8 – LÄNKAR TILL TREDJE PART
Tjänsterna kan innehålla material och hyperlänkar till webbplatser som tillhandahålls eller drivs av tredje part (inklusive inbäddade funktioner från tredje part). Vi ansvarar inte för att granska eller utvärdera innehållet eller riktigheten i material eller webbplatser från tredje part som du väljer att besöka. Om du beslutar att lämna Tjänsterna för att få tillgång till dessa material eller tredje parts webbplatser gör du det på egen risk.
Vi ansvarar inte för skador eller förluster i samband med din åtkomst till tredje parts webbplatser, ditt köp eller din användning av produkter, tjänster, resurser eller innehåll på tredje parts webbplatser. Läs noggrant igenom tredje parts policyer och rutiner och se till att du förstår dem innan du genomför någon transaktion. Klagomål, anspråk, funderingar eller frågor angående produkter och tjänster från tredje part ska riktas till den tredje parten.

AVSNITT 9 – FÖRHÅLLANDE TILL SHOPIFY 
Inhers. drivs av Shopify, vilket gör det möjligt för oss att tillhandahålla Tjänsterna till dig. Alla köp och försäljningar du gör i vår butik sker dock direkt med Inhers.. Genom att använda Tjänsterna erkänner och samtycker du till att Shopify inte ansvarar för någon aspekt av försäljningen mellan dig och Inhers., inklusive skador eller förluster som uppstår till följd av köpta produkter och tjänster. Du befriar härmed Shopify och dess dotterbolag från alla anspråk, skadestånd och ansvar som uppstår till följd av eller i samband med dina köp och transaktioner med Inhers..

AVSNITT 10 – INTEGRITETSPOLICY
Alla personuppgifter som vi samlar in via Tjänsterna omfattas av vår Integritetspolicy, som kan läsas här [LÄNK], och vissa personuppgifter kan omfattas av Shopifys Integritetspolicy, som kan läsas här. Genom att använda Tjänsterna bekräftar du att du har läst dessa integritetspolicyer.
Eftersom Tjänsterna tillhandahålls av Shopify samlar Shopify in och behandlar personuppgifter om din åtkomst till och användning av Tjänsterna i syfte att tillhandahålla och förbättra Tjänsterna för dig. Information som du lämnar till Tjänsterna kommer att överföras till och delas med Shopify samt tredje parter som kan vara belägna i andra länder än det land där du är bosatt, i syfte att tillhandahålla tjänster till dig. AVSNITT 11 – FEEDBACK
Om du skickar in, laddar upp, publicerar, e-postar eller på annat sätt överför idéer, förslag, feedback, recensioner, uppslag, planer eller annat innehåll (gemensamt benämnt ”Feedback”) ger du oss en evig, världsomfattande, underlicensierbar, royaltyfri licens att använda, reproducera, modifiera, publicera, distribuera och visa sådan Feedback i alla medier för alla ändamål, inklusive kommersiellt bruk. Vi kan till exempel använda våra rättigheter enligt denna licens för att driva, tillhandahålla, utvärdera, förbättra och marknadsföra Tjänsterna samt för att fullgöra våra skyldigheter och utöva våra rättigheter enligt Användarvillkoren.
Du intygar och garanterar också att: (i) du äger eller har alla nödvändiga rättigheter till all Feedback; (ii) du har uppgett all ersättning eller alla incitament som du har erhållit i samband med att du lämnat Feedback; och att (iii) din Feedback kommer att följa dessa villkor. Vi har och kommer inte att ha någon skyldighet att (1) behandla din Feedback konfidentiellt, (2) betala ersättning för din Feedback, eller (3) svara på din Feedback.
Vi kan, men har ingen skyldighet att, övervaka, redigera eller ta bort Feedback som vi efter eget gottfinnande bedömer vara olaglig, stötande, hotfull, smädlig, ärekränkande, pornografisk, obscen eller på annat sätt anstötlig eller som bryter mot någon parts immateriella rättigheter eller dessa Användarvillkor.
Du samtycker till att din Feedback inte kommer att kränka någon tredje parts rättigheter, inklusive upphovsrätt, varumärkesrätt, integritet, personlighet eller andra personliga eller äganderättigheter. Du samtycker vidare till att din Feedback inte kommer att innehålla ärekränkande eller på annat sätt olaglig, kränkande eller obscen Feedback, eller innehålla något datavirus eller annan skadlig programvara, som på något sätt kan påverka driften av Tjänsterna eller någon relaterad webbplats. Du får inte använda en falsk e-postadress, utge dig för att vara någon annan än dig själv, eller på annat sätt vilseleda oss eller tredje part om ursprunget till någon Feedback. Du är ensam ansvarig för all Feedback du lämnar och dess riktighet. Vi tar inget ansvar och påtar oss inget skadeståndsansvar för Feedback som publiceras av dig eller någon tredje part.

AVSNITT 12 – FELAKTIGHETER OCH UTELÄMNANDEN
Ibland kan det förekomma information på eller i Tjänsterna som innehåller typografiska fel, felaktigheter eller utelämnanden, som kan avse produktbeskrivningar, priser, kampanjer, erbjudanden, produktfraktkostnader, leveranstider och tillgänglighet. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att korrigera eventuella fel, felaktigheter eller utelämnanden, samt att ändra eller uppdatera information eller annullera beställningar om någon information är felaktig, utan föregående meddelande (även efter att du har skickat din beställning).

AVSNITT 13 – FÖRBJUDEN ANVÄNDNING
Du får endast använda Tjänsterna för lagliga ändamål. Du får inte direkt eller indirekt använda Tjänsterna: (a) för olagliga eller skadliga ändamål; (b) för att bryta mot internationella, federala, provinsiella eller statliga bestämmelser, regler, lagar eller lokala förordningar; (c) för att göra intrång i eller bryta mot våra immateriella rättigheter eller andras immateriella rättigheter; (d) för att trakassera, missbruka, förolämpa, skada, förtala, förtala, nedvärdera, hota eller skada någon av våra anställda eller någon annan person; (e) för att överföra falsk eller vilseledande information; (f) för att skicka, medvetet ta emot, ladda upp, ladda ner, använda eller återanvända material som inte överensstämmer med dessa Villkor; (g) för att överföra eller anskaffa sändning av reklam- eller marknadsföringsmaterial, inklusive ”skräppost”, ”kedjebrev”, ”spam” eller annan liknande reklam; (h) för att utge dig för eller försöka utge dig för att vara någon annan person eller enhet; eller (i) för att ägna dig åt något annat beteende som begränsar eller hindrar någon annans användning av Tjänsterna, eller som, enligt vår bedömning, kan skada Inhers., Shopify eller användare av Tjänsterna eller utsätta dem för ansvarsskyldighet.
Dessutom samtycker du till att inte: (a) ladda upp eller överföra virus eller annan typ av skadlig kod som kommer att, eller kan komma att användas på något sätt som påverkar funktionaliteten hos eller driften av Tjänsterna; (b) reproducera, duplicera, kopiera, sälja, återförsälja eller utnyttja någon del av Tjänsterna; (c) samla in eller spåra personuppgifter om andra; (d) skicka skräppost, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling eller scraping; eller (e) störa eller kringgå säkerhetsfunktionerna i Tjänsterna eller någon relaterad webbplats, andra webbplatser eller Internet. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att när som helst, utan föregående meddelande, stänga av, inaktivera eller avsluta ditt konto om vi bedömer att du har brutit mot någon del av dessa villkor.

AVSNITT 14 – UPPSÄGNING
Vi kan säga upp detta avtal eller din tillgång till Tjänsterna (eller delar därav) efter eget gottfinnande när som helst utan föregående meddelande, och du förblir ansvarig för alla belopp som förfallit till betalning fram till och med dagen för uppsägningen.
Följande avsnitt fortsätter att gälla efter uppsägning: ImmaterielL egendom, Feedback, Uppsägning, Friskrivning från garantier, Ansvarsbegränsning, Skadestånd, Avskiljbarhet, Avstående; hela avtalet, Överlåtelse, Gällande lag, Integritetspolicy och alla andra bestämmelser som till sin natur bör fortsätta att gälla efter uppsägningen.

AVSNITT 15 – FRISKRIVNING FRÅN GARANTIER
Informationen som presenteras på eller via Tjänsterna tillhandahålls endast som allmän information. Vi garanterar inte att denna information är korrekt, fullständig eller användbar. Allt förlitande på sådan information sker helt på egen risk. Vi friskriver oss från allt ansvar som uppstår till följd av att du eller någon annan besökare av Tjänsterna, eller någon som kan komma att informeras om något av dess innehåll, förlitar sig på materialet.

VI GARANTERAR INTE, UTFÄRDAR INGA UTFÄSTELSER ELLER LÖFTEN OM ATT DIN ANVÄNDNING AV TJÄNSTERNA KOMMER ATT VARA AVBROTTSFRI, PUNKTLIG, SÄKER ELLER FELFRI. VISSA JURISDIKTIONER BEGRÄNSAR ELLER TILLÅTER INTE ANSVARSFRISKRIVNING AV UNDERFÖRSTÅDDA ELLER ANDRA GARANTIER SÅ ANSVARSFRISKRIVNINGEN OVAN KANSKE INTE GÄLLER DIG.

AVSNITT 16 – ANSVARSBEGRÄNSNING
I DEN UTSTRÄCKNING SOM LAGEN TILLÅTER SKALL Inhers. INTE VÅRA PARTNERS, DIREKTÖRER, TJÄNSTEMÄN, ANSTÄLLDA, AFFILIERADE, AGENTER, ENTREPRENÖRER, TJÄNSTELEVERANTÖRER ELLER LICENSGIVARE, ELLER SHOPIFY OCH DESS AFFILIATERADE, ANSVARA FÖR SKADA, FÖRLUST, ANSPRÅK, ELLER EVENTUELLA DIREKTA, INDIREKTA, TILLFÄLLIGA, STRAFFANDE, SÄRSKILDA SKADOR ELLER FÖLJDSKADOR AV NÅGOT SLAG, INKLUSIVE, UTAN BEGRÄNSNING, FÖRLORADE VINSTER, FÖRLORADE INTÄKTER, FÖRLORADE BESPARINGAR, FÖRLUST AV DATA, ERSÄTTNINGSKOSTNADER ELLER LIKNANDE SKADOR, VARE SIG DE BASERAS PÅ AVTAL, SKADESTÅND (INKLUSIVE FÖRSUMLIGHET), STRIKT ANSVAR ELLER ANNAT, SOM UPPSTÅR TILL FÖLJD AV DIN ANVÄNDNING AV NÅGON AV TJÄNSTERNA ELLER PRODUKTER SOM ANSKAFFATS MED HJÄLP AV TJÄNSTERNA, ELLER FÖR NÅGRA ANDRA ANSPRÅK SOM PÅ NÅGOT SÄTT HAR SAMBAND MED DIN ANVÄNDNING AV TJÄNSTERNA ELLER NÅGON PRODUKT, INKLUSIVE, MEN INTE BEGRÄNSAT TILL, EVENTUELLA FEL ELLER UTELÄMNINGAR I NÅGOT INNEHÅLL, ELLER FÖRLUST ELLER SKADA AV NÅGOT SLAG UPPKOMNA TILL FÖLJD AV ANVÄNDNING AV TJÄNSTERNA ELLER INNEHÅLL (ELLER PRODUKTER) SOM PUBLICERATS, ÖVERFÖRTS ELLER PÅ ANNAT SÄTT GJORTS TILLGÄNGLIGA VIA TJÄNSTERNA, ÄVEN OM MÖJLIGHETEN TILL DETTA HAR MEDDELATS.

AVSNITT 17 – SKADESTÅND
Du samtycker till att ersätta, försvara och hålla Inhers.Shopify och våra dotterbolag, partners, tjänstemän, direktörer, anställda, ombud, entreprenörer, licensgivare och tjänsteleverantörer skadeslösa från alla förluster, skador, ansvar eller anspråk, inklusive rimliga advokatkostnader som ska betalas till tredje part på grund av eller till följd av (1) ditt brott mot dessa Användarvillkor eller de dokument som de hänvisar till, (2) din överträdelse av lagar eller tredje parts rättigheter, eller (3) din åtkomst till och användning av Tjänsterna.
Vi kommer att meddela dig om alla ersättningsgilla anspråk, förutsatt att underlåtenhet att omedelbart meddela inte befriar dig från dina skyldigheter, såvida du inte har lidit väsentlig skada. Vi kan kontrollera försvaret och förlikningen av sådana anspråk på din bekostnad, inklusive val av ombud, men kommer inte att förlika något anspråk som kräver icke-monetära åtaganden från dig utan ditt samtycke (som inte får nekas utan skälig grund). Du ska samarbeta i försvaret av ersättningsgilla anspråk, bland annat genom att tillhandahålla relevanta handlingar.

AVSNITT 18 – AVSKILJBARHET
Om någon bestämmelse i dessa Användarvillkor fastställs vara olaglig, ogiltig eller icke verkställbar, ska sådan bestämmelse ändå vara verkställbar i den utsträckning som tillämplig lag tillåter, och den icke verkställbara delen ska anses vara avskild från dessa Användarvillkor, utan att detta påverkar giltigheten och verkställbarheten av övriga bestämmelser.

AVSNITT 19 – AVSTÅENDE; HELA AVTALET
Vår underlåtenhet att utöva eller verkställa någon rättighet eller bestämmelse i dessa Användarvillkor ska inte utgöra ett avstående från sådan rättighet eller bestämmelse.
Dessa Användarvillkor och alla policyer eller driftregler som publiceras av oss på denna webbplats eller i samband med Tjänsten utgör hela avtalet och överenskommelsen mellan dig och oss och reglerar din användning av Tjänsten. De ersätter alla tidigare eller samtidiga avtal, kommunikationer och förslag, muntliga eller skriftliga, mellan dig och oss (inklusive, men inte begränsat till, tidigare versioner av Användarvillkoren).
Eventuella oklarheter i tolkningen av dessa Användarvillkor ska inte tolkas till nackdel för den part som har upprättat dem.

AVSNITT 20 – ÖVERLÅTELSE
Du får inte delegera, överföra eller tilldela detta Avtal eller någon av dina rättigheter eller skyldigheter enligt dessa Villkor utan vårt föregående skriftliga medgivande, och varje sådant försök är ogiltigt. Vi kan överföra, överlåta eller delegera dessa Villkor och våra rättigheter och skyldigheter utan ditt samtycke eller meddelande.

AVSNITT 21 – GÄLLANDE LAG
Dessa Användarvillkor och alla separata avtal genom vilka vi tillhandahåller Tjänster till dig ska regleras av och tolkas i enlighet med federala och delstatliga eller territoriella domstolar i den jurisdiktion där Inhers.s huvudkontor är beläget. Du och Inhers. samtycker till plats och personlig jurisdiktion i sådana domstolar.

AVSNITT 22 – RUBRIKER
Rubrikerna i detta avtal är endast avsedda för att underlätta läsningen och begränsar eller påverkar inte dessa villkor på något sätt.

AVSNITT 23 – ÄNDRINGAR AV ANVÄNDARVILLKOR
